Publishing Guidelines

This page describes our publishing guidelines.


  1. We do not pay for articles. You retain all rights. We use a Creative Commons license. If you wish to assert copyright, please state that in your e-mail including the date the article was written so we can place a copyright notice in the article.
  2. Your article must be yoga related.
  3. We will not publish articles we consider objectionable.
  4. We accept articles via e-mail text or as Microsoft Word or PDF attachments.
  5. In most cases, we limit your article to 2,000 words (several pages) or less. It can include an e-mail link, a web site link and a small (1" x 1", 2.54cm x 2.54cm) picture or graphic. We will reformat the picture or graphic to display correctly on the web
  6. We will keep your article in our Ideas for at least 90 days then we will usually delete it
  7. We will correct spelling errors, typos and grammatical errors in your article. We will not change the meaning only the language. We do not charge for our proofreading service. We will e-mail the revised article to you for your approval prior to publishing it. We will publish your article 24 hours after you e-mail us your approval.
