1. We build long-term relationships with our clients:
   1. We take the time to understand them, their business and their industry.
   2. We understand what they sell, who they sell it to and why their customers buy from them.
   3. We develop a compelling vision, mission and values with them.
   4. We develop a compelling web site for them.
   5. Then, if they choose, we work with them to keep their web site fresh, current and correct.
2. We put our client's interest first.
   1. We develop and maintain the best possible web sites at the lowest price consistent with paying our bills. We're not in this for the money.
   2. We develop a detailed specification with them before we start developing their web site. Prevents misunderstandings.
   3. We provide all web services to our clients except hosting. One stop shopping.
   4. We quote a fixed price for our development and maintenance contracts with prices guaranteed for 30 days from the quote date. Known cost.
   5. We allow a 15% holdback on our development contacts and a 30 day warranty period after their web site goes live. Thirty days after their web site has gone live, our clients pay the holdback if they feel their web site is working correctly and conforms to the specification.
   6. We do not mark up sub-contract work. We charge our clients the price we paid for sub-contract work plus $5 for handling.
3. We start search engine optimization when we first talk to our clients and never stop. Search engine optimization is a critical factor in creating a successful web site.
4. We are obsessed with simplicity and clarity, fanatic about doing the fundamentals perfectly and passionate about search engine optimization.
5. We have anti-virus software and scan our entire system every day for malware and spyware. Our clients won't get infected from us.
6. We back up everything off site every day. The most we can ever lose (even after a fire) is a day's work. If our clients ever lose their web site, we will have a current copy.
