Basic standing balance

Balancing poses are usually thought of as static postures; however, we have to move into and out of those poses. The moving phase is often ignored although it is the most beneficial part of the exercise. 
Learn to move with control and elegance.

Stand and experience the quietness of the present moment.

If the balance is challenging, allow the toe to touch the floor.

As the movement begins, keep the eyes focused on a fixed point.

Return to Tadasana. Wait, let the mind settle down.
